Risuzah Property Services provide property inventories, check-ins, interim inspections and check-outs for private landlords and letting agents. Risuzah Property Services are currently looking for an Inventory Clerk who is confident, articulate, conscientious, has excellent attention to detail, is organised, efficient and has excellent customer service skills.

The Property Inventory Clerk will prepare and provide an accurate, detailed and comprehensive inventory, which will undoubtedly reduce the risk of a dispute arising between a Landlord and a tenant at the end of a tenancy.

Most of the working week will entail visiting properties and the tenants residing within them.

Therefore, candidates must have their own car and relevant vehicle insurance covering business use.

Main Purpose of Role:

Carry out various types of property inspections on rental properties and provide a relevant and specifically documented inventory.

An Inventory is a written representation of a property, its fixtures and fittings and any furniture or appliances inside. It also reflects their condition and defects. A correctly compiled inventory is essential for all rental properties to enable a fair assessment of condition and level of cleanliness at the end of any tenancy term once the occupants have vacated.

Duties:-

– To collect and return keys to and from the Estate Agent ensuring they are returned immediately following the inspection.

– To meet tenants or Agents at the properties at the agreed times.

– Visit the property concerned and prepare an inclusive report which details comprehensive information relating to its overall condition on a room by room basis, including photographs.
Any marks or defects are noted so that the incoming tenant(s) are not held responsible.

– To carry out inventories and check in/check out reports in line with agreed timescales and service standards.

– To conduct periodic inspections, to ensure the property is being well maintained by the tenant and provide summary report.

– To compile the inventory report and check in/check out reports via the company’s in-house software ensuring that all reports are accurate and complete.

– To ensure that all appointments are attended on time.

Risuzah Property Services are looking for an experienced Property Photographer who is confident, personable, articulate, and conscientious, has excellent attention to detail, is organised, efficient, has excellent customer service skills and has the professional creative photographic ability to make properties look their incredible best, internally and externally.

The Property Photographer / Floor Planner will visit individual properties, prepare pictures, prepare marketing materials, photographing and floor planning properties.

The ideal Property Photographer will have experience of property photography or have worked with an Estate Agency, owns professional photography equipment i.e. wide angle lens, speed lights etc.

Has a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail. The Property Photographer will be able to manage floor plan administration, editing tasks, be proficient in Photoshop and have the ability to implement basic room dressing.

Duties

– Visiting and taking high-resolution professional photographs of residential & commercial properties.

– Measuring properties and drafting floor plans.

– Manipulating images for final drafts.
